Saturday Swim
I have no idea how far I swam, but it was brutal. It didn’t help having girls training for the swim team in the lane next to me.

Basically it’s a 12 Man Blogger Relay Team that runs 200 miles from Madison, Wisconsin to Chicago. We pile into 2 vans, and run around the clock until we hit the finish line, each runner doing 3 legs of the race, with each leg ranging from just under 3 miles to just over 8 ...

There was a competition at the local running store’s facebook page. Give the reason why you run and the person with the most likes, get a free pair of shoes. Of course I told my story about meeting and proposing to Lauren all surrounded by running. This morning I was winning with 7 likes. Now some dude who runs to “clear his head” has 24 likes.
